Rhythm & Rye resides in Dawson House, a former 19th-century warehouse once dedicated to manufacturing 'shoddy', a low-cost wool spun from recycled rags. After closing its doors as a textile mill in the 1980s, Dawson House found new life in 2024 as a vibrant cocktail bar and live music venue.
